KTR's VAROLASTIC was specially developed for applications with variable load requirements, such as construction and agricultural machines.

VAROLASTIC is a sturdy series of highly flexible flange couplings which is a particularly good choice for variable-speed main drives due to their progressive torsional stiffness.

KTR has extended the product line of SINULASTIC by the new materials Synthetic Rubber and Silicone Rubber. The highly flexible elastomer materials are particularly suitable for the use with ambient temperatures up to + 100 °C resp. + 130 °C. Main applications are diesel engine drives for power generators, heavy construction machines, compressors, gearboxes and large hydraulic pumps.

We developed a torsionally flexible intermediate shaft coupling the centre piece of which is made of high-strength aluminium allowing for shaft distances of up to 4,000 mm. The ROTEX ZRS is initially available in five sizes for torques up to 560 Nm.
