SANY, a global manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, announced an expanded product portfolio for the ultra-large excavators – SY870H of 78.6 tons, SY980H of 95.8 tons and SY1250H of 125 tons – in Sany Kunshan Industrial Park, China. The release of SANY's latest machines marks the Company’s new milestone in delivering technological breakthroughs. Four units of SY870H have been sold before coming out of the assembly line.

Recently, by dealing with 1000 ℃ melted Iron, the SANY SY75C excavator working in a Steel Plant became an overnight hit. Mr. Liu, the owner of this excavator, emphasized that not every excavator could endure this daunting task, but SANY excavator impressed him deeply.

SANY debuted its largest tonnage crawler crane and celebrated its delivery in Huzhou factory, China. This gigantic beast can lift 2000t freight to 100m high and embraces Max. lifting moment of 90000 t·m. It covers an area of 3000m2 with 120m long twin lattice booms rising up to the sky. Overall transport requires 150 trailers with 30t loads each. After the last test of lifting at 120m boom, it's off to Shandong Province in no time.

SANY SCC1300TB debuted in Singapore. This newly delivered machine is also the world's first and largest telescopic crawler crane of SANY. By adopting 6 sections boom, 18.1 meters fixed jib, and full extended telescopic boom at a length of 60 meters, the capacity of the crane reaches 130 tons. Besides, with short set-up time, excellent handing and manoeuvrability, the SCC1300TB was fully recognized by international customers.

t takes less than two minutes to finish operations from positioning in the air, spreader landing onto container and hoisting, trolley shifting back, and two 30 tonnage containers are moved from truck to containership. Sitting in a 3㎡cabin at the height of 8 floor in Zhuhai port, the driver operates the equipment briskly and stably, and moves the trolley like a graceful parabola in the air. It is one of the 4 sets of STS with hoist capacity of 65t and outreach of 65m delivered from SANY Marine Heavy Industry last year that he operates. Now they’ve become the prime STS equipment in Zhuhai port.

Recently SANY delivered 3 units of container handler to Oran port in Algeria. This delivery consisted of 1 unit of empty container handler SDCY90K6H1C with rated load capacity of 9 tonnages and 2 units of loaded container handler SDCY450K4C2 with rated load capacity of 45 tonnages, which was our first batch of loaded container handler sold in African regions.
