Autaa Group General Manager Lionel Autaa is 100% convinced: “The CC 3800‑1 is the perfect crane for erecting wind turbines!” This is why the head of the Autaa Group, which includes MCM Levage as one of its companies, could barely wait to finally take delivery of the Demag CC 3800‑1.
Operator-controlled or automated? Demag has traditionally offered two variants for controlling process cranes. The company is now introducing a third operating technology. The Demag Remote Operating Station (ROS) is a remote control station that enables the operator to control the crane from any convenient working environment. By decoupling the crane system from the operator station, the safety of crane operators can be further increased and on-site costs can be minimised.
Demag has expanded its range of radio control products. DRC-JT joystick transmitters make it easier to control cranes in complex operating processes and they improve the safety of crane operation thanks to smart interfaces between DRC-JT radio transmitters, the SafeControl system and the crane.
