New FUTURA cast lips

Comin up soon: Mining cast lips for hydraulic face shovels over 500 tons.

The new FUTURA cast lips for the mining industry are now available.

At the moment 4 models have been manufactured, compatible with Esco Loadmaster lips:

• FLCS148S130 (OEM cross reference LCS148S130)
• FLCS163S130 (OEM cross reference LCS163S130)
• FLCS169S130 (OEM cross reference LCS169S130)
• FLCS201S130 (OEM cross reference LCS210S130)

These cast lips can be assembled on hydraulic excavators over 500 tons, for example: EX5500, PC5500,H455S, RH200, PC8000 OR H65S

Full lip protection wear parts available
Full lip protection reduces lip washout and wear
Use Futura MINER hammerless teeth for better penetration and for a safe and easy installation and replacement
FUTURA PARTS: FM1300 adapters FM1120 teeth F230X430 lip shrouds can be assembled with these cast lips.
