Danfoss technology the driving force behind two new electric excavator models

Danfoss Power Solutions’ Editron division has provided the drivetrains powering two new fully electric Doosan excavators. Electrauvision, a division of Danfoss’ partner Hydrauvison, is supplying the Danfoss drivetrains to Electric Construction Equipment (ECE), which has a license agreement with Doosan to modify the firm’s equipment for European dealers.

The Container Terminal Management of the Port of Douala (RTC) has received delivery of 5 Konecranes Liftace reach stackers and 1 empty container handler to increase the productivity of their operations. The order was booked in April 2021, and the lift trucks were handed over in a special on-site ceremony in December.

In the last quarter of 2021, imports and exports of construction and earthmoving equipment showed very different outcomes. Exports showed a significant increase of 21% on Q3 levels and reached a similar level to Q4 2018, which was a “record” quarterly level since trade has been monitored from 2013.
