The team at Tadano Oceania was looking forward to July 27, 2021, with great anticipation, as that was the day that we would celebrate that a Demag AC 1000-9 would tread Australian ground for the first time ever.

When it was announced that Demag would be launching a successor to the AC 40 City in the form of the AC 45 City.

The team at Autokrane Neu, which is headquartered in Rottenburg am Neckar, is certainly no stranger to Demag cranes: “We’ve had an AC 40 City in our fleet for a long time now, and it’s done its job so well that we decided to get it some company in the form of an AC 45 City,” reports crane operator Christian Morres, who picked up the new City in Zweibrücken. The crane was handed over by Tadano Sales Manager Michael Zieger.

The people at Mönchengladbach-based NKS Niessen Kran-Service GbR truly value the quality of Demag^® City cranes: In addition to a Demag AC 40 City and an AC 70 City, the crane service provider has now added another model from the range to its fleet in the form of a new AC 45 City. The sale was handled by Tadano Sales Manager Manfred Drößer, who got to witness an entirely new experience for Niessen as a result:

The people at Italian crane service provider Fedeli could barely wait to receive their brand new Demag^® AC 160-5: “We were absolutely thrilled with the technical advantages offered by this crane, so we were dying to finally see it in our fleet,” highlights Filippo Fedeli during the handover.

When it comes to acquiring new powerful and cutting edge cranes, the French Autaa Group clearly has twin brands Tadano and Demag at the top of its list: Subsidiary MCM Autaa Groupe put a Demag^® CC 3800‑1 lattice boom crawler crane into operation at the end of last year, and this is now being followed up by two Tadano^® ATF 70G-4 all terrain cranes with a 52.1-meter-long main boom and one Demag AC 55-3.
