Top Crane Brasil awards crane rental companies for outstanding performances of their Manitowoc cranes
The Top Crane Brasil Award, one of the most prestigious in the industry, has recognized two Brazilian crane rental companies for completing successful jobs last year using Manitowoc cranes.
Marcelo Monteiro, commercial manager of Tatuapé Cranes, and Luciano Dias, sales director for Manitowoc in Brazil.
The Sao Paulo-based Tatuapé Cranes has earned a “Lifting” award as recognition for the outstanding machine mobility at a boilermaking facility. The company’s fleet on the jobsite included a Manitowoc 18000 crawler crane. A second prize in the same category was awarded to Transnacional, headquartered in Ceará, for the excellent performance of its equipment at a wind turbine dismantling job. Among the cranes used were two Grove GMK4100L all-terrain cranes.
“We are very happy to celebrate these awards with our rental partners, who provided the right equipment and therefore reached the best results at those projects,” said Luciano Dias, sales director for Manitowoc in Brazil. “It is fantastic to see our innovative cranes delivering high performance and reliability on the jobsite, helping our customers work more efficiently”.
The 13th edition of the Top Crane Brasil Award took place at the end of 2022 in Sao Paulo. It was promoted by Crane Brasil magazine. Fifty eight projects were evaluated, and 12 crane rental companies won awards in five different categories: Lifting, Rigging Plan, Working at Height, Technical Removal, and Special Transport.
